Overview
Teiki helps you track bills, subscriptions, reminders, and payment history. This policy explains what information the app stores and how it is used.
Information You Add
You can enter subscription names, prices, billing cycles, due dates, tags, notes, reminder settings, and payment history into the app.
This information is used to provide app functionality such as tracking upcoming bills, calculating totals, organizing subscriptions, and showing reminders.
Local Storage
Teiki is designed as a local-first app. Subscription data and app settings are stored on your device unless you enable a sync feature that moves data through an Apple service such as iCloud.
iCloud Sync
If iCloud Sync is enabled, Teiki may use Apple's iCloud services to sync your subscription data between your Apple devices. iCloud data is associated with your Apple ID and handled by Apple according to Apple's terms and privacy policies.
Security settings such as local passcodes and biometric availability are intended to remain device-local.
Notifications
Teiki uses notification permission to remind you about bills and subscriptions. Reminder notifications are used for app functionality and are not used for advertising or tracking.
Diagnostics
Teiki uses Sentry to collect crash diagnostics so we can find and fix app stability issues. Crash diagnostics may include technical details such as device type, operating system version, app version, and error information.
Crash diagnostics are used for app functionality and are not used for tracking, advertising, or product personalization.
Purchases
Teiki offers paid upgrades — Teiki Pro and individual feature packs — as in-app purchases processed by the app store you bought through: Apple through the App Store on iOS, or Google through Google Play on Android. Your purchase status is used to unlock features and restore purchases.
Entitlements and restores are managed through RevenueCat, which may receive purchase information and an anonymous device identifier to validate your entitlements. This data is used for app functionality, not for advertising or tracking.
Your Data and Deletion
Because Teiki is local-first, you control your data. You can delete archived items or reset all app data from the app's settings, which removes the subscription data stored on your device. Data previously synced through iCloud is managed under your Apple ID and can be removed through Apple's iCloud settings.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
